By accessing or registering to use Swimmer Platform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

What You Can Do:

• Log and track your swim training
• Analyze performance and view results
• Compare statistics with national records
• Set goals and track progress
• Participate in competitions and leaderboards

What You Cannot Do:

• Use fake data or fake accounts
• Share your account with others
• Upload false or misleading data
• Use the system for illegal purposes
• Harass or interfere with other users

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• Provide accurate and current information
• Respect the rights and privacy of others
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

You retain ownership of data you input into the system. However, we have the right to:

• Use data to provide and improve services
• Display aggregate statistics in anonymized form
• Store data according to our privacy policy
• Delete data upon your request or account closure

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, develop, or discontinue any or all services
• Change service fees
• Restrict access to services if necessary

We will notify you in advance of significant changes

Either we or you may terminate use at any time:

• By You: Delete your account via Profile page
• By Us: If you violate terms or use inappropriately

Upon account closure, personal data will be deleted within 30 days

Swimmer Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. All disputes will be resolved in Thai courts.
